City of North Las Vegas, NV Selects Sedaru as Its Enterprise
Nevada utility serving 90,000 connections signs multi-year contract with Sedaru to advance the digital utility.
SAN DIMAS, Calif., Sept. 3, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Sedaru announced today that it has been selected by the City of North Las Vegas - NV (NLV) to deploy the Sedaru software as its enterprise operational asset management system, inclusive of comprehensive work order management and enterprise integrations for water & sewer system assets. This delivery is part of a multi-year agreement between Sedaru and NLV, which was awarded after an extensive RFP process, including business case evaluations and technology vetting by both end user and IT stakeholders. Sedaru Implementation Services will train and deploy the software to approximately 50 users including field staff, superintendents, management, dispatch center staff, and other O&M and engineering staff.
NLV's selection of Sedaru was based on the "ease of use from the field technician graphical interface, dashboard organization, report generation, outage notification, route planning, and integration with our other software, to locate work orders, safety plans, asset history, and inventory from a device in the field," as per Joemel D.
